The building process has always been the centre of the corporate asset of Tekno Kons Innovations.

The use of BIM methodologies since the survey phase allows the management of the digital building process. The time (4D) and costs (5D) and dimensions are integrated in the traditional spatial variables (3D). this is all possible thanks to a deep territory investigation carried out during the survey phase.

Thanks to this process the construction site operations become an application of what has been elaborated in the 5D model. The work variations and contingencies are minimized and managed during the development of the building process.

Over the past few years, Tekno Kons Innovations has actively participated in the construction of the substations of the M4 line in Milan, through the installation of Balises and PAB installations.
