Tekno Kons Innovations uses CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) based technologies in order to develop new operative methodologies to digitalise the building and industrial process, and responds to the smart solutions the market needs. We have been integrating 3D printing processes in several departments making the path that will lead us to the definition and organisation of a new asset based on the rules and the principles of 4.0 industry.

Thanks to our partnership with companies specialized in 3D solutions we are able to offer high level services based on tailor made designing and prototyping such as: 3D scanning services, Topological Analysis, Concept Design e Reverse Engineering.

Using an AM-based methodology (Additive Manufacturing) we can offer consulting to the aerospace, automotive biomedical field specialised companies as well as to the architecture construction field and industrial manufacturing and production.

The range of solutions based on digitalized manufactory processes is wide and includes:

3D scans : creation of realistic models using ARTEC®;
3D Design and prototyping :
3D and FDM prints – Fused deposition modelling: multilateral high definition prints prototypes (0,005m ÷ 5µm) to create complex and personalised projects, in series too, to injection or thermoforming moulding;
Laser cut & CNC – Computer Numerical Control;
Stereolithography and Formlabs®.
