Building Information Modeling \u00e0 travers une approche de conception int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de concevoir les infrastructures comme des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques, en effet, de par sa nature m\u00eame implique de multiples aspects allant de l&#8217;analyse de la zone d&#8217;influence, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;interf\u00e9rence d&#8217;un ouvrage avec les structures pr\u00e9existantes, \u00e0 l&#8217;interface avec d&#8217;autres infrastructures, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l&#8217;interaction entre les ouvrages de g\u00e9nie civil, architectural et les installations.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9valuation virtuelle, avant d&#8217;\u00eatre pratique, de la faisabilit\u00e9 technico-\u00e9conomique d&#8217;une intervention est devenue une partie int\u00e9grante des processus de construction de l&#8217;entreprise, bas\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9veloppement de mod\u00e8les techniques, manag\u00e9riaux et \u00e9conomiques capables d&#8217;optimiser la gestion de la conception, de l&#8217;administration, et des phases de construction et de maintenance, en vue de se focaliser sur l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;ACV \/ LCC &#8211; Life Cycle Assessment \/ Life Cycle Cost &#8211; de l&#8217;ouvrage.<\/p>\n<p>Cette multidisciplinarit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite le traitement de donn\u00e9es sous diff\u00e9rents formats qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de trac\u00e9s plano-altim\u00e9triques, permet de g\u00e9rer d&#8217;une part les informations li\u00e9es au territoire \u00e0 travers des plateformes SIG &#8211; H\u00e9ritage BIM ou Reverse Engineering, gr\u00e2ce auquel il est possible de repenser et de reconcevoir l\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 partir de nuages \u200b\u200bde points.<\/p>\n<p>La valutazione virtuale, prima che pratica, della fattibilit\u00e0 tecnico-economica di un intervento \u00e8 divenuta parte integrante dei processi costruttivi aziendali, basati sullo sviluppo di modelli tecnici, gestionali ed economici in grado di ottimizzare la gestione delle fasi progettuale, amministrativa, costruttiva e manutentiva, in un\u2019ottica incentrata sull\u2019intero LCA \/ LCC &#8211;
